‘Yátrá’ - photographer Ronan Gallagher’s debut solo exhibition, has just been extended due to popular demand!

Gallagher is already viewed as one of Ireland’s most talented photographers. At just 22 years-of-age, National Geographic selected one of his images for their publication. In January 2010, he travelled to India on a creative journey that has captured some of his most prolific shots of his career so far.

Yátrá is an expression of the photographer’s immense love and understanding of India’s people and culture in both a dramatic and authentic light.

The exhibition provides a fascinating insight into the diverse sub-cultures spread all over the country and captures a cross-section of the dynamic tradition and celebrations that Gallagher encountered during his journey.

EXHIBITION NOW RUNNING 2PM-9PM FRIDAY21ST-SUNDAY 24TH MAY 2010.

Prefab77 are a collective of artists based in the North East of England. From an area steeped in a volatile history of unions, struggles and movements they create fast, hard-edged, stripped down artwork; often political, sometimes anti-establishment, always beautiful. They weave small bites of modern popular culture, vintage NME headlines, pure British rock 'n' rebellion into traditional iconic British imagery.

'Untied Kingdom' tells a story of modern Britain on the take, told through a new collection of works on canvas, metal, wood and exclusive prints.

The show opens to the public on 21st May 2010 — 3rd July 2010

Following on from our first auction last month, Graffik London are proud to announce the next chapter in this instalment of events. We have been in touch with all our artists and have put together an unrivalled lot for you to bid on, with opening bids starting from as low as £20. Be a serious street art collector, a fan or just happen to be in our area stop by for a few drinks, some tunes and the chance to pick up some great street art . . .

The first item will be auctioned at 17HR30 (once Portobello Market has closed) and the evening will last for a couple of hours. Full details of the auction lot will be posted shortly – there is limited space in the gallery so once we reach capacity we will be closing the doors . . .
